Speaking of summer projects, that’s what the Martin Presence Group is all about! And fixer-uppers are their favorite kind. Buying houses and properties that seem, well, a bit atrocious, and then making them shine again is Mr. Corey’s middle name! Let’s take a look at what he’s up to right now 👀
Currently, our team has taken up a house on Kenwood Drive in Ruston. At first glance, it is definitely not what someone would call in pristine condition. But our crews are working non-stop to transform this house into an unrecognizable masterpiece. In addition to this property, we have also taken on a landscaping project in Grambling. Sometimes buildings need a little sprucing up (pun definitely intended). Like I’ve said before, some fresh pine straw or mulch and a nice pop of colored flowers can liven up anything!
